8. Motion Company s.r.o. uses third party processors such as Airtable, MailerLite, Make, and analytics tools to operate Wigglify. These providers process data according to their compliance standards.
9. Referral program participation is voluntary. Each user may receive a personal referral code and link. A referral is counted only when the invited person subscribes with a valid email and becomes a paying member upon launch. Referral rewards are not guaranteed and depend on the final product structure.
10. Motion Company s.r.o. may modify, pause, or cancel the referral program at any time. Motion Company s.r.o. may decline, withhold, or revoke rewards at its sole discretion without explanation if suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or otherwise invalid referral activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to self referrals, duplicate signups, disposable emails, bot activity, and manipulation of traffic.
11. Referral rewards have no cash value and do not create any contractual entitlement. They cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
12. Motion Company s.r.o. may transfer all Wigglify related data, including subscriber and referral data, to a new successor entity if Wigglify is incorporated as a dedicated company, merged, or transferred. The successor entity will assume all obligations regarding data protection and communication.
13. Motion Company s.r.o. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use Wigglify services. Use of the website is at your own risk.
14. These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
